In particular, individuals may struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, academic difficulties, body image disturbances, or relationship concerns. I have over a decade of experience working in higher education, and have expertise in college mental health, and the transitions related to college life. I will likely integrate existential, cognitive behavioral, multicultural, and positive psychological principles in our work. |
